Employment

According  to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics the unemployment rate for African-Americans 16, and older for December 2017 was 6.8 per cent, the lowest in 45 years, thanks to the President Obama  regime. Percentages are based on 100. So, if 6.8 per cent of African-Americans are unemployed, then 93.2 per cent are employed. Isn’t that how mathematics works. 93+ per cent is a real good number.
